Whats it all about?

  • Losing our virginity…it happens to almost all of us, no matter who we are or where we come from. How did it happen for you? Ever wondered what other people think and feel about this never-to-be-repeated experience? I am on a mission to find out. Follow my journey as I collect stories from as wide a selection of people as possible. From men and women, old and young, gay, straight, Christian, Muslim and Catholic, from the funny and the sad, to the happy and occasionally, the unbelievable. I am in search of the one story that we rarely share. Come and join my adventure.

Hooray, an update! And yet another fascinating story. I've found myself even more drawn to this blog lately (despite having loved it for a year or so) as it became apparent that my days as a virgin were numbered. In fact... fingers crossed, tomorrow's the day! I just wanted to say thanks for creating this wonderful website, and causing me to really thing about the concept of virginity and what it means to me.

From a 19 year old girl who loves your blog (and is very excited about tomorrow night).

What is a millenium ? ask the mountain that the ice keeps grinding.
What is an hour ? ask the lovers waiting to meet.
Happy new year and all!

The Virginity Project

I am happy to be of help....and please feel free to update me anytime!

*sigh* Well it didn't happen. The best laid plans of mice and men... fail when your boyfriend is too sick to leave the house. Hmm, there's a "best laid" pun in there somewhere. Anyway, I'll be sure to keep you updated!

much love,
still a virgin

The Virginity Project

Shame....but I am a big believer in the opportunity presenting itself when the time is right so, watch this space I guess!
